This comes with a 2-year warranty. If your child breaks it Amazon will replace it free of charge. It also has Amazon kids preinstalled free for the first year, suitable for children age 3 – 12.  I am not sure if it comes with Alexa as I can not see her mentioned in the description on their website.  However, the information on the website is worth reading as it is a tempting worry free purchase.

Customers can modify or cancel their subscription at any time from the Fire for Kids Unlimited settings on their Fire tablet, Amazon Fire TV, Kindle eReader, and tablets. Subscription cancellation is also available through Amazon Parent Dashboard under account settings.
